Born to Run is very excited to present a FREE running clinic this Saturday with Barefoot Ted!
Barefoot Ted McDonald, who is one of Born to Run's founding members, is an independent athlete committed to re-discovering natural human capacities and encouraging others to do the same. He has spent the last 7 years focused on mastering barefoot long distance running, and now focuses on sharing his insights through coaching clinics and speaking engagements. Ted has been featured in numerous articles and frequently interviewed. His Introduction to Barefoot Running clinics are designed to communicate his personal discoveries about barefoot running.
Born to Run is very fortunate to host Barefoot Ted and invites all of you to come and hear him teach. If you want to improve your barefoot/minimalist running, this is the place to be Saturday morning!
This one hour clinic will be followed by our usual BTR Running Club group run. All are invited to come on the run.

Hi,
I attended a chiropractic seminar yesterday and missed Ted after a recommendation from my friend and co-worker who is a Reflexologist. Please contact me about future barefoot running clinics or events.
Also, please visit my website and let me know if you are interested in a free workshops that I host for our customers.
Thanks,

I thoroughly enjoyed getting a chance to share my perspective on minimalist/barefoot running and living.
The Born to Run store is going to be an excellent place to get educated about our feet and the importance of reconnecting to one’s own body in order to find health and happiness.
