Shipping Options And Costs


To qualify for free shipping, individual orders must be over $75 before tax and be shipped within the United States. Not valid on previous orders. Rush delivery available at actual cost.

For shipments totaling less than $75, we charge a flat rate of $9.50 for regular shipping anywhere in the United States (additional fees apply for expedited shipping). 

 

When Will My Order Ship?


Orders placed online Monday-Friday by 2PM PST *typically* ship the same day. Orders placed after 2PM on weekdays as well as anytime on weekends, ship the following business day. When a holiday falls on a weekday, orders ship the following business day.

You will receive an email confirmation stating that your order has been accepted and fulfilled. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your request, we will promptly cancel your order and notify you via email.


*Potential delays occur when we need to request an item from another bornToRUN location. Your shoes must pass our final quality control check before being shipped. You will be contacted via email with any such delays.  Clearance and Deal Of The Day items may take longer to ship.

Shipping Gifts


Orders are always shipped with a computer-generated receipt that includes product information, order number, business name & location, and pricing. If the order is a gift, please type “gift, do not include invoice” in the comments section at checkout.


International Shipping


We are happy to offer international shipping, however there are a few brands that we are unable to ship overseas, including MERRELL, VIBRAM FIVE FINGERS, and NEW BALANCE. Shipping costs are dependent upon shipping location. International orders do not qualify for free shipping or return shipping.


Returns and Exchange

Online Return Policy

We have a 365 day return policy for anything purchased through our online store.  Return or exchange any non-clearance item for any reason within that time frame as long as your shoes are in new condition, with all the original components (box, laces, in soles, etc.) Returns beyond that time period will NOT be accepted for any reason. 

Shipping will not be refunded. If you return the shoe on your own we will not compensate you for shipping and if the product is not shipped in new condition we will not refund/exchange the product and we will not ship it back to you. If you return a clearance/sale/deal of the day item we will not refund or exchange it and we will not ship it back to you.

How to Return an Online Order

We are happy to offer free return shipping from anywhere in the United States, with the exception of clearance/sale/deal of the day items and coupons that clarify otherwise. Simply email our support department at support@borntorun.com with your order number and shoe to exchange for, if it applies. We’ll email you a return label and a packing slip to include in the box.  There is a limit of one free return label per order. If you do not request a return shipping label and you pay for your own return shipping we will not refund the shipping charges.

We ask that you try out your shoes indoors so if the need to return your shoes arises, you will be entitled to a full refund. We do not sell used merchandise, so please make sure that your shoes are in new condition before shipping them back. Shoes must also have all the original components (box, laces, in-soles, etc.). Please pack your return in a separate box or wrap the shoe box in paper so it doesn't get damaged in shipping.  You would be surprised how many people just slap the return label on the shoe box.

Once we receive the shoes, we’ll ship out your replacement pair or process your refund.

7 days FULL REFUND: The item(s) must be unused (new condition) and with the packaging and/or box for a full refund. Items without packaging and/or box will only qualify for exchange or store credit.

30 days EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT: Try the product(s) for up to 30 days and if you don't love it then return it within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. No packaging and/or box required. We urge you to go ahead and give the product(s) a thorough test.

The sale of any clearance items are final and returns or exchanges will not be allowed. No exceptions.
